  • Is Microblading painful
The level of discomfort is relatively minor. Some liken it to tweezing two to three hairs at the same time. A topical anesthetic is used to numb the area being worked once the initial microblading pass is done and any minor initial discomfort is eliminated. Topical anesthetics are safe and may contain lidocaine, tetracaine and epinephrine. Redness and site swelling in the area is common after the procedure. Often clients liken the feeling to a slight sunburn. Frequently Tylenol is ued to reduce any discomfort.
  • Why do you choose to use 100% Disposable tools?
For your safety and to ensure you receive the highest standard of hygiene! 100% Disposable means: EVERYTHING that touches your open skin during your Cosmetic Enhancement including all blades, needles and tools are single use and disposable!
  • How long does the treatment take?
Permanent cosmetic enhancements are done in two sessions. The first takes three to four hours. In the first session, the brow is shaped and styled to the client's preference, and pigment is applied. If Manual or Machine Shading is added to a Microblading, your session will take longer. Six to eight weeks later, the client returns for the second session for a touch up. This takes two to three hours, depending on each client's unique, individual pigment retention.
  • How long does microblading take to heal?
It takes about ten days for healing. In that time any redness will fade and the inital darkness of the eyebrows will begin to lighten. The color will lighten over about thirty days as the pigment completely sets in. HEALING EXPECTATIONS: Day 1: LOVE Days 2-4: Color will darken Days 5-7: Brows will begin to itch, could scab & fall off - TRY to avoid Days 8-10: Color and strokes will begin to lighten and appear to be gone Days 14-28: Color and strokes will begin to reappear as your skin cells turn over Remember: Pigment color intensity will be significantly darker and sharper immediately, and a few days after initial proceduere. The color will reduce by 30-50% and the overall shape of the brow will shrink between 15-20%. The heads of the brows can heal the weakest, due to the fact that this area is generally the most oil part of the brow. True pigment retention will be apparent between days 28-30 and true pigment color at about 6 weeks.
  • Why is it necessary to do a touch up?
A Touch-up is necessary because everyone's skin-type is uniqe and heals differently, therefore outcomes vary. Depending on skin-type, along with many other variables, it is necessary to adjust the color and brow thickness by strengthening color saturation and/or adding more strokes where needed. Touch-up is where the brows are perfected and the final adjustments are made to assure the client's satisfaction. Permanent Cosmetic Enhancements are at minimum a two step process. Overall Health, medications, skin-type, Pre-Care and After-Care all play a part in pigment retention. Therefore some individuals may need MULTIPLE applications of pigment to achieve their desired results. There is a reduced cost for these cases but they must be done within the specified timeline on our website. One Touch-up is included in the price and MUST be booked at the time of your Inital appointment, withing 6-8 weeks of Initial Microblading, Powder, Ombre, or Combo Browz permanent cosmetic enhancement.

  • How long does Microblading last?
Generally Microblading lasts six to eighteen months depending on skin type...normal, oily, or dry and age...young or mature. It is not permanent like a tattoo, because the pigments are not implanted so deeply into the skin. Overall lifestyle, health, and skincare also affects the duration of the pigments. To maintain the brows, touch-up may be done every six to eighteen months.
